Nah Japan actually caught on to pirating with the DS pirate cart "Magic Controller/MagiCon".
Every middle school kid would want one and their moms will just buy it for them without knowing what it is. People selling it were even out right advertising it on their store fronts. Whatever they are doing, curveball PR (they did a bad job if that's the case) or lack of characters, it's too late cuz I already canceled my pre-order when I read this.
Lost my $12 off discount from newegg and don't think whatever they have hidden is enough to make me buy this at full price again.
The initial roster for characters is just so bad, I'm not even gonna think about how much they'll try to milk the customers with character DLCs....
We need release dates and they need to pump out the localizations faster.

It feels like a lot of games combined into one.
On surface it's an arcade side-scrolling action game, kinda like Final Fight or River City Ransom but with Animals.
Depends on the animal you use the game play will change from pure action to stealth to race etc, and there are TONS of animals to use from.
You eat/sleep/fight against enemies and weather/find mates and breed a better next generation etc so your kind can survive longe...
This game is really addicting for me, I love it and can't stop playing.
Can't believe some sites like Playstationlifestyle gave it a 3/10 or some BS score like that. PSLS might have some grudge w/ Sony and trying to stealth troll like Kotaku or something?
Cuz it feels like they've been giving amazing games lower scores then they deserve starting like the beginning of this year or something.

Been waiting for months to get Ragnarok Odyssey only to find out it keeps on getting pushed back, even though the game is done and ready.
It's a weird decision to have it pushed back to when every other Vita game gets released, which is October.

It's an arcade type action game where you choose an animal and survive and breed for as long as you can in Survival Mode. There's also a story mode through playing will explain why humans disappeared. Clearing with some animals unlock other animals and cloths they can wear.
