I see no problem with girl gamers. One of the nicest people on N4G, MD, is a girl gamer. She may pretend to use Steam to play games, but she is not harming anyone. I see no problem with wanting a little attention.

The complaint for bosses is because they only allow a direct attack. Deus Ex:Human Revolution had several different ways to complete missions, but boss fights only allowed one way.
Edit: Well yeah, but it sucked to play stealthy to avoid firefights and then get forced into one.
Ignoring my freezing problems with Skyrim, it didn't improve on anything besides the combat and graphics and most of the major quests are a complete bore to play.
