Are you kidding me? I was in the Alpha and it looks better than BFBC2 maxed out on PC right now. Maybe the console version is a different story but the graphics are incredible.

So Gamestop says BF3 will not be available via Steam. Gee, I wonder what that would do for Gamestop preorder numbers? I will wait for an official announcement from EA/Steam thanks.
Why wouldn't they show the best looking footage? Just because YOU can't play the best version doesn't mean they can't show it. Now if they show PC footage and label it as Xbox/PS3 gameplay that's a different story.

People like you are making it so easy for IW/Treyarch. They don't have to do much because they know it's not expected of them. Trust me, sooner or later, you'll be bored. Let's see: use the same engine, reskin some weapons, put some crates here and some barrels there, throw in some co-op and BAM!!! MW3!!!
Why not just get both? Unfortunately, I have to because only one of my friends can get it on PC. I can't imagine being able to play the best version and not doing so.

While that is a valid point, I don't think the next-gen consoles will be out in 2012 and it's unlikely that they will port it once a significant amount of time has passed. DICE will be busy supporting BF3 and working on BFBC3 probably.
