If you're going to make unpopular changes, then you can't whine when you get undesired results. Capcom took a gamble with the franchise, ignored their core fans, and it currently looks like it's not paying off. They only have themselves to blame.
Well it was a big risk to do a rather drastic change like this. It'll either work out very well or it'll crash and burn. There's no middle ground on this one.
It looks and sounds like a good game to me, at the very least. I have no idea why people are so against change in general.
I couldn't care less about the hair color. In fact, after the uninspiring DMC4, I feel like I'm gonna OD on white hair. So the color change is rather welcome. Same goes for the hairstyle - granted, I wasn't too thrilled when it looked like Rihanna's hair, but it looks much better now.

I'm giving it a chance. I like the fact that they "tweaked" Dante's look after the fans' outburst against it. Shows they care, even just a little bit. I'm giving it a go just to see how the gameplay and story works. I hope it's at least better than the last game.

DA2 was utter crap compared to DA Origins. It was just so damn lazy on the developer's part. If DA3 is "similar" to DA2, I definitely won't be buying it.

Nah. MS has done jacks**t to combat piracy, at least to those that doesn't directly involve one of their products.
The only reason they're doing this is because they know there's no easier way to rake in profits than to collect fees from game devs using their OS. This is their big chance to turn the PC crowd into another dairy farm like the Xbox community. It has nothing to do with "combating piracy".

I have absolutely no qualms about switching to Linux or Mac if PC devs are willing to. MS has been trying non-stop to screw over the PC gaming community like it did with the Xbox community. It's time to send them a clear, unmistakable message - "F**k off".

"We can't be bothered to make main-stories lasting longer than around the 10-hour mark. If you're willing to pay us $100 per copy, we'll think about increasing it to the 20-hour mark.(Most likely in the form of paid DLCs.)"
