My first gaming system was a Sega genesis (only played Sonic games). Also, I wanted to add that I have played some of EA's games like Need For Speed, Mass Effect 2, Crysis, etc (rentals, demos, from a friend). However, I never actually BOUGHT these games nor any other EA titles. I've always been very picky towards what games I want.

I'd say Nintendo should take their E3 Nintendo Direct and turn it into a short commercial that briefly shows each of the upcoming Wii U games.

Once the big games arrive, people will become more optimistic about the console. It's been said again and again and yet people still don't listen: Look at how the 3DS turned out (even the PS3 back then).
The Wii U's got plenty of years ahead along with the other new consoles. I'm positive that we will be seeing tons of new gameplay uses with the gamepad.
