What is it with M$ right now? Their like a little kid. All they do is claim, "No, You're wrong. You don't what you're talking about. You're misinformed.", all without actually giving any real reasons behind such claims. Why don't they actually back their statements up for a change? From what I have read, actual developers working on both systems have said either 1 of 2 statements: That both systems are very close, or the PS4 is substantially more powerful. Not on...
I've heard that graphics are second to none, but the gameplay is lightyears behind the likes of Gran Turismo.
As much as I feel bad for Japanese gamers, the move is probably the smartest thing Sony can do at this point.
The fact you're missing is that M$ buying out Respawn or throwing money at EA will come nowhere near to the ammount they could potentially make by going multi platform. And that's especially if the PS4 sells like hotcakes and there's high demand for the title. EA wants money, and going multiplat will make them money, they'll be on that shit like white on rice.
Wii-Who?
Obviously. Launch games never reflect the true quality of a console. Just compare PS3 now to back when it released. Night and day. Thing is, PS4's launch titles look pretty damn cool. Can. Not. Wait to see what is in store down the road.
TGS is pretty much like E3 for Japan. In many ways, it's actually a bigger show. It's the perfect time for Sony to announce the Japanese release date, which we already know they're gonna do then. Probably gonna cause the preorders the skyrocket there, as well.
I've never quite understood this criticism of Sony. Having a mascot is good for the brand, but it's good for consumers. Most people don't want to play the same exact franchise over and over, and having a mascot does just that. It drives the company to create games based only around that franchise, rather than putting their resources elsewhere. At the end of the day, Sony is the company that takes the route of putting their resources into creating many characters, rather than focus...
Since they're patching in the missing levels, I'm probably going to pick up the Vita version soon. Maybe after I'm done with Killzone.
I had already preordered this for the fact that there aren't many Day 1 titles, and I want multiple games to play, but this game is actually starting to look really good.
I've literally sunk more hours in Dead Nation than any other PSN game ever. I still play it on occasion to this day. My favorite PSN game period, and I've been waiting forever for news like this. Please be serious about this Housemarque, and I will buy both that and Resogun the days they launch.
I have agrees because I simply stated a fact. If a game lacks big guns, dudebro culture, or isn't some cheap random indie title, chances are that Xbox users won't support it. Look what happened to Alan Wake.
And, as numerous developers have already stated on numerous occasions, Sony is the best first party company to work with. They don't force their own ideas on developers, nor do they bottleneck them or force them to gimp their games because their hardware sucks...
While I am starting to be on the fence about the $60 retail price tag, I am still looking foward to playing it. The game might not be a super ultra mega amazing next gen title, but it's looking to be a great new addition to the platformed genre, something we don't get much nowadays. Just because it's not another military shooter doesn't mean this game has zero potential. Sony Japan Studios knows their way around games. I didn't much from Gravity Rush, and that's easily...
Yoshida already hinted at it coming eventually. Probably just not a Day 1 thing because the system isn't launching in Arabic countries Day 1. PS3 had Arabic text. No reason why PS4 won't get it.
But since I'm in before the Xbots... ZOMG! Teh Sony PoS4 is doooooooooomed!!!
360 users didn't deserve such a great game. This is just yet another reason as to why Sony is much better partner for developers.
The Last Guardian on PS4 with a sold release window would pretty much seal the deal for the system.
Shiiiit, I'm an avid PS fan, and even I'll admit the seemingly complete lack of splitscreen so far is BS. Hopefully, since it seemed to fare great in games like Resistance & UC3, Sony will come back with it in future titles. I didn't use it much personally, but it's such a great little feature. Especially when you integrate it into online play. Mabye games like Killzone: SF will get it in a future update?... I remember Resistance 2 did.
On a side note, KIl...
Yeah, no shit you frickin moron. You think Consoles have lasted as long as they have because we console gamers just sit around playing nothing but Mario? Well... Some do... But I'm not pointing any fingers. Consoles have gone on for as long as they have because of a devoted fanbase that truly appreciates great AAA titles from great developers. Console gamers love games just as much as PC gamers, and when you consistently shit on console gamers, you're in to lose a lot of devoted custo...
Care to explain? Because I'm fuckin lost...
Can't wait to see Zelda's model. Hopefully they keep the mature Twilight Princess version. They kindof have to lol
