Yeah, seeing as MW2 is a third person action adventure on a quest for treasure with your favorite female sidekicks, UC2 must simply be a better game!
I know! I got 3-4 playthroughs out of ME1, that's over 75 hours! ME2 looks like GOTY 2010 (I know how naive that sounds) at least as far as single player is concerned.
The author of the preview is an amazing writer. That was one entertaining preview.

It's true from an artistic and technical standpoint. The game looks brill and runs smoother than butter. The odd blurry texture still surely exists however.

Yeah, the same "snap-to target" auto aim was in COD 4 single player. Why even bother playing if you rely on the game to complete the most basic of FPS mechanics? Turn it off people!
The Babysitter was a fun video. The animation alone made it worth a watch. I hope the others are at least a few minutes longer and have more interesting and deep characters.
This issue is a bother, no doubt about it. Many publishers besides Ubi pull shenanigans like this. Just check multiple sources before picking a game up.
It doesn't say anything about the quality of the game though, AC2 will still rock.

If it affects the integrity and length of the SP, then no thank you. Some co-op missions or racing to assassinate targets might be fun.
There's that precious Halo on a Blu-Ray disc lol! Honestly I'm completely excited for this series cause I like anime and Halo. It's a no brainer I'll be picking this up and popping it in the PS3.
Agreed. I'm a console gamer, and when I visit friends houses and they are playing TF2 on PC, I can tell how much more customized their experience is. They don't groan about things they would rather not play, they just don't play them! And hackers are more common on PC due to it's ease, so dedicated servers are a must to permaban them.
Another less encouraging quote is "Technical flaws in the PS3 version mar...the game engine proving prone to screen tearing and the occasional bit of slowdown. Pop-in too..."
As for the pop-in we know that will be on all platforms. As for the other stuff, perhaps they are still signs of devs doing slightly less solid PS3 ports :S

The visual style is clean and dazzling. The Frostbite engine is making a big name for itself now! If online play is smoother than BC1, and the guns feel like they make an impact (more so than 1943), then we have the best war FPS of this gen.
The SP looks far more interesting; but I'm wishing good things for the MP all the same.

It would get you addicted though. You'll want to upgrade your gear, level up etc.
