Keep in mind that’s only Alpha footage of GT7 running on PS5. There’s still a lot more time to polish before release.
I’m not expecting this game until 2022.
So that’s a lot of time for Guerilla to master the PS5 architecture and polish up the game even more.
Judging by Guerilla Games track record you know they will set major benchmarks for the industry.
I don’t want the game to be rushed and to give Guerilla the most time they need to make the best game they can make.
I’m patient, I can wait and there’s a lot of games for me to play in the meantime.
For Digital Only any console to succeed everyone needs to have a fast internet connection and game prices need to be competitive.
Period.

Insomniac still has 5-6 months worth of polishing to do.

Honestly just give me good games to play.
All of that tech stuff is nice but it means nothing if you can’t show it.
The only games that will push these consoles are exclusives.
Multiplatforms will be made at the lowest common denominator to run on most systems regardless of tech specs.
Common sense.
I only want a few things from the sequel gameplay wise.
1.) Flying Mounts
2.) Improved Combat & Melee
3.) 4K @ 60 frames per second
4.) More climbing traversal elements.
5.) Add in more Weapons & Traps.
Continue to build on from the first game.
Put 80 hours in the first game.
Horizon Zero Dawn is in my top 10 games of this generation.
Looking forward to the sequel.

I do think some of the management needs to get replaced and they need start off strong by creating a new “non-woke” IP game for the PS5.
Why even buy PS4/Xbox One right now when PS5/Xbox Series X is about to release this year? Makes no sense.
I think there should be an option in every RPG to be either action or turn based this way you don’t piss off the original fans but you also attract in newer players at the same time.
Me I personally prefer action over turn based because I always stay immersed in the game more.
Both PS5 & Xbox Series X will be $500.

The only cons I have about digital is that the discounts aren’t comparable with physical copies and not everyone has a fast internet connection.
I’ve got a 50 mbps connection which is the best I can get in my area.
Until we can get to high speed connections where it’s instant comparable to Japan, South Korea, etc. then it won’t be as appealing to the mainstream.
