Everything you said is true except about MGS4, FFXIII, and Haze going to the 360= impossible.
All those games I've mentioned are only possible off of a Blu-ray disc and Sony all the rights to these games.

Looking at those prices and the 2008 line up Sony has this looks like trouble for both MS and Nintendo.
