Awesome.
Maybe when DOA5 releases Tecmo can re-release DOA3/DOA4 on PSN somewhere down the line.
I'm hoping for the next Uncharted game to take place in Atlantis.
Uncharted 3 definitely likely. = Though expect to see a trailer and a November 2011 release.
Resistance 3 = November 2011 (Calling it.)
Agreed.
Also add in House of the Dead series as well.
ex.)
-House of the Dead
-House of the Dead 2
-House of the Dead 3
-House of the Dead 4 (Hasn't been released out of the arcades yet.)
-House of the Dead: Over Kill (It's on the Wii but would make a pretty decent port on PSN.)
I think it depends.
If you watch MLG for shooters the main game played is Halo not Call of Duty.
(Xbox 360)
If you watch EVO for fighting games the main games played there are Street Fighter, Marvel VS Capcom, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, and Blaz Blue.
(PS3)
For racing games everybody plays Gran Turismo. The majority of race car drivers use Gran Turismo to practice for races.
(PS3)
For RTS/MMOS everybody...
From a console perspective KZ3 still rapes Rage and Crysis 2 when it comes to graphics.
Though if I brought PC into the mix then Rage would look the best followed by Crysis 2.
Either way if your a PS3 gamer you get to experience all 3 games which is awesome.
I still think I might get Rage and Crysis 2 on PC.
I know Hip Hop Gamer doesn't do this research only spits put BS w/ no sources to back up his info.
Damn.
Wish Plants VS Zombies would come to PSN so I can collect some more easy trophies.
Though I've already beaten this game on PC already and it's amazing.
I'm still a little concerned how this tower defense game will work w/ the analog sticks of a console controller.
You need the accuracy of a mouse in order to place down plants fast when your in battle.
Because some enemy zombie types will come at you fast the more you progress in the ga...
GT5
(November 2nd Release)
You cares as a PS3 owner I get to own and play both games.
Doesn't matter to me.
Though I'll be picking up Rage on PC.
I'll be getting Rage on PC dope.
Would of got it on PS3 but I have a new PC Rig and want to test it out.
If dedicated servers were in a lot of games this wouldn't be a problem and also more features are welcome too.
Yeah but that's still no excuse I should be able to move any of my gaming platforms without breaking them.
I do this w/ my PS3, Wii, and PC all the time and no problems.
Who cares?
My vote would be towards either the search for the Holy Grail.
It means technologically this platform is not capable to producing these types of quality games.
It's really a shame.
Mass Effect 2 and Alan Wake are dope games.
This just goes to prove that most Xbox 360 owners purchase mostly shooters and not any other type of genre.
Who cares MGS: Rising isn't even being made by Kojima anymore.
It's very simple Microsoft aren't investing in 1st/2nd party developers.
From what I'm seeing Microsoft would rather spend that money on some timed exclusive DLC like for Call of Duty/GTA then their own studios.
I'm sure Microsoft will continue to scoop up 3rd party exclusives but after seeing the outcome of this generation those deals won't last forever.
Unless that game is published or owned by Microsoft, Sony, or Nintendo it's not a guarantee...
DOA (Arcade/PS1)
DOA2 (Sega Dreamcast)
DOA2: Hardcore (PS2)
DOA3 (Xbox)
DOA: Ultimate (Xbox)
DOA4 (Xbox 360)
Now you have DOA5 which is guaranteed to be multiplatform between PS3/Xbox 360.
Though I still find it strange that many DOA games have been exclusive up until this point where it changed to being multiplatform which is good.
