I think if they were really planning to announce it... Well, it just got canceled. Which is actually good for MS, since the 360 Ultimate would have been an abomination costing easily 600$ or more.

It doesn't say L.A. Noire is multiplat, it only says they want someone with experience on both consoles, which makes perfect sense. We'll see..

Sounds like a really bad idea. First of all, HD-DVD could lose the war. Second, this would be expensive as hell. Microsoft needs to lower their priced, not increase them! Third, this would be the bloody fourth SKU on market. That is way too many!
This is not even pre-alpha. Ratchet and Clank was probably in pre-alpha or alpha in May 2007.
