Edit: Those who are reporting, there will be no scans. Neogaf doesn't allow scans of US mags. BUT, in the thread a Insomniac dev "Jstevenson" pretty much confirmed that this information is true.
Sony doesn't own them, Insomniac Games is a third party. Resistance and Ratchet & Clank however are owned by Sony. If Insomniac wanted to make a new IP for all platforms, they could.
Ratchet and Clank Future was first shown in EGM. The next issue of Game Informer comes out in 5 days, one day before the Insomniac podcast. Dun dun dunnnn...

I'm surprised they compared Wet to The Darkness. Isn't Wet pretty much like Stranglehold but with more acrobatics and a katana?
I think this is like Heavenly sword where the faces have more detail in cutscenes. That can't possibly be what the game looks like when you're actually playing.
Damn, is that in-game? Looks incredible. Some time ago a dev stated Heavy rain had defeated uncanny valley. Based on those screens, I must say that I agree!
