Exactly cheating is viral in this game. I don't mind people cheating in the singleplayer as gta is known for its cheat codes etc. but cheating and exploitation in gta online is absolutely unacceptable and it's a major problem for this game even tho overall it's an state of the art online experience.
@garret just because the world war 1 theme is being used doesn't mean the game has to be 100% historically accurate. Fun should ALWAYS be the primary focus when making these games. I can't imagine how boring this game would be if it was 100%accurate. Hollywood Movies usually take the same approach, yea their generally accurate, but of course some things will be modified to make the movie more entertaining. fun first period. If you want historical facts go read a book about it or Googl...
@garret, well who wants to play a game like battlefield mainly using bolt action rifles??? that's why fun should be the primary goal, historical accuracy comes after that.
We're good as long as the setting doesn't hold the gameplay back. Don't focus to much on being historically accurate. Remember we're playing a game first
From a gamers perspective I think this will be a good pick up and play game where you can play for a few minutes, explore a few planets every now and then. I know I'll definitely add it to my rotation Of gta online and rocket league
Just got finished playing gta online. I'll check on this game but as of now it's a no-buy because I highly doubt it'll be better than gta online. The new update just took gta online to another level and Has me pumped for what rockstar could do with gta 6. watch dogs sequel is gonna have to bring it's A-game and more
Why show an in depth look at a 5 hour campaign? I don't get it
I'll get both titanfall and battlefield
This is the kinda content gta needs. As it stands right now gta online is a great multiplayer experience, But the problem is it generally feels aimless. Right now the object is to make money but there's no real reason to have the money outside of buying new stuff which alot of it can only be used for certain missions. Gta feels like an mmo and it needs more persistence, and they also have to do a better job of making it feel like the single player when it comes to having a clear cut goal ...
No man's sky would make psvr a day one buy for me as long as it's a launch title. Imagine exploring different planets, gathering different resources, surviving the elements and space dog fights all in virtual reality. That would be amazing
Battlefield 1 , titanfall 2 and whatever rockstar has cooking up
Battlefield is my first choice and titanfall is second
Great news. Can't wait for this game. I'm interested to see how much depth it has.I can imagine it being a game that I play allot early on. Then as time goes it will be a great pick up and play game that I add to my rotation. I have a feeling I'm gonna get more than my money's worth.I hope I'm right because I've been on a long cold streak when it comes to buying games(destiny, battlefield hard line, star wars battlefront and the division smh😔
I'd smash
Im just waiting to hear all the facts about it. For me that will determine if I buy it or not
I don't know if it's necessary but I think a game like gta or battlefield would benefit greatly from an enhanced console because of all the different things to account for
I was looking forward to getting my hands on this in June. But if this means good things for no man's sky, like being able to play it on psvr at launch or simply making it a better game, then I'm fine with the delay. Just wish we could've been told sooner. Launch was supposed to be right around the corner!
Every competitive multiplayer game should have something similar to sport mode in its most basic form. It's a blatantly obvious way to keep players playing and increase longevity. The amount of AAA games that don't feature a way to clan battle or even start a clan period is mind boggling. Two recent games that committed this horrible crime are the division and star wars battlefront. How can you have an online only game without a deep clan system? just makes no sense to me
It's funny because after almost 3 years gta online still has a bit left in the tank. Truly great online game. I haven't put this much time into a game since warhawk and bad company 2. the only thing that holds the online component back from being undeniably the best to offer is all of the cheating/exploitation and the lack of any real reason to keep playing outside of buying new stuff. But they are trying to rectify this problem by adding in v.i.p work and contraband operations
Its definitely worth it. Add me on ps4 and I'll guarantee you'll have good players to play with. We make tons of money without cheating and ridiculous exploiting.
