LMAO that was good.
Don't agree at all, there was a lot of lore in FFXIII and while quite a bit required reading the datalog it was still a well thought out world and not at all hard to follow. Not everything needs to be explained in every detail and enough was given to get a good idea on how the world worked.
I agree somewhat about the characters, there was character development but it was more artificial and forced than fluid. I completely disagree with the idea that it should've focus...
the EU was getting it earlier than the US, so not really. Oh its still earlier than the US by months.
Not to sound crass, especially considering that people will probably lose their jobs with the developer in financial trouble, but even though the game will be released it probably won't get any future support and for a title like this, that will be disappointing especially if its a good game.
From what I remember it was criticized for having so many cut and paste levels, it actually wasn't that impressive graphically, it was good, just not great. A lot of people just can't accept that just because they love a franchise or game doesn't mean its the best of everything.
As I said above, the Halo series is really amazing but graphically its not at the top of the pack, not even close at times.
Actually I'd say halo has never been about graphics which is why I never understood why people praised it so highly for that. For me it has always been really good at single player gameplay (except halo 2, some reason it didn't work for me) and excellent MP.
As much as the halo series has improved graphically its still not that impressive by today's standards, gameplay though I hope they don't screw it up as its not bungie anymore.
how about you take down a titan and then you can come back and complain. Oh and saying "this is proof" without actually providing any doesn't make it true.
I think you meant third party but I'm wondering that myself, I can guess that snake will be there as well as at least one final fantasy character, Ezio as well maybe?
worst pun ever.
your choice but you will miss out on a really amazing RPG and overall game. You really want to deny yourself an amazing experience because of some animated nudity?
they did expand the size of the studio a while back, so hopefully that means there is a possibility. I think if the x360 version sells well they will consider it. Even if its another year wait I think they should. No one should miss out on this great game, especially if Witcher 3 will be on all systems.
I agree. I was lucky enough to play the second DA game before the first. I thought at the time that DA2 was pretty good, but then after playing DA1 I couldn't believe how much they f'ed up the sequel, it was like 1/10 the content and extremely simplistic in comparison.
LMAO, yea pretty much sums it up, everything leading up to the last 10 minutes was exceptionally well done to a high standard, then they handed over the ending to the dumb guy in the corner to write.
don't listen to Mythicninja. The first one was decent but was wayy too buggy and you fought the controls every step of the way. The second was much better in pacing and feel but they streamlined it too much, the third was a good balance between the first two (though much more slanted towards the second game) but they screwed up the ending and quite a few of the side missions (more like fetch quests).
Thats just the gameplay part. The actual atmosphere, world, Voice Acting...
I still believe that they cut the ending short due to deadline restraints or something like that. If you watch it carefully it seems more like its edited to be something of an ending when there are many unexplained elements that all fit with things floating around the net.
To me the fact that the rest of the game was so incredibly well done, and closure on so many, if not all, other stories, mean that the ending was supposed to be something similar. I just don't see any o...
well, we'll see what happens. This better be worth it, I'll be dusting off my...uh..pc downloaded copy when its out.
the ending is underwhelming, the rest of the game is extraordinary.
Space magic FTW!!!!!!
ME3 is an incredible game no matter the ending, it truly is remarkable in its story telling and the ending, like it or not, does not take away from that. For the record I hated the ending but that doesn't mean I disagree with the high praise it gets in most reviews.
If you choose the ending as the benchmark for your ME3 hate then you missed out on a lot. Sure the paragon/renegade choices were integral in the entire series, but the story, atmosphere, compelling voice actin...
since when is 1.5 million projected sales for a new IP a "loss of faith"? This site is just playing on pseudo-controversy, and sensational headlines.
