not surprised, especially coming from Colin, he's pretty much in line, games wise, with me, so I'll trust the score (avoiding reading all reviews to lessen spoilers).

yup I think most people don't care what score it gets as we have it preordered already (had my Special Edition preordered since January from Amazon) but some people think they need review scores to justify the game and their purchases, at least that's how I see it.
Stopped trusting Gamespot a long time ago and since I'm not reading any reviews (to avoid spoilers) I have to assume the game is actually at least a point higher than they gave it, that's usually how it works for me and their reviews.
Who are these guys? But the real question is not what the score is but whether the written review properly reflects what they think of the game. I refuse to read any reviews for this game as to avoid spoilers (I'm tempted to stop checking N4G comments as well on these reviews but I won't last) so all I have to see are the review site and score.
Said the guy who hasn't played the game yet to people who probably have been playing it for a few weeks.
I am getting this game no matter what and I don't care what people review it, plus 8.5 is a really good score, who are you to tell them they should like the game more.
Its taking so long to release, this game better be good, I'll probably get it either way but I hope it lives up to some of the expectations of it.

will do eventually but I've been checking up some user feedback on it and it seems I will be getting it, probably buy it on Amazon today and play it sometime in the future, must support the devs.

sounds good to me, I liked how it looked from the moment I saw it but the negative reviews and have made me doubt myself in purchasing it.
Still haven't decided as I have Last of Us coming up and a huge backlog of games to get through, but I might buy it just to support the devs and play it later on.
This game looks so damn good and its only 20 bucks. Wish I still had my X360, hope it comes to PC as I will get it there day one.

Beauty is way too opinionated, I mean how do you compare this to a FPS or RTS or a hand drawn game style, its not simple. Most beautiful in its genre or type then maybe but I'll wait and see when it finally reaches me.
High score for Remember Me, anyone play that yet, is it good, average or bad. Reviews are all over the place on that one.
Also what's with Animal Crossing games, never played any of them and the 10 minute vid I watched on this new one make it look boring but it seems to be universally liked. Is it just doing tedious and menial tasks or is there some purpose behind it?
Actually looks interesting but I wish I could get into serious gaming on my phone, just doesn't work for me.
