Witcher 1 was good but its more acquired taste than mainstream. But Witcher 2 is awesome though a lot of the backstory and history will be lost(I heard you need to read the original books for the full story..no thanks there), the plot is good and easy to follow.
the reviewers job will be nothing compared to the people who write the guides. I still feel sorry for those who had to write the Bethesda games guides. Can you imagine having to write Fallout 3, New Vegas or Skyrim's guides?
yea but the company has been bleeding money, I think "last hope" is an exaggeration, especially considering the number of games they publish, but they need to radically change they way they do things, especially in their internal studios.
Looks...like it will melt my PC...again...damn Witcher games :)
I love these kinds of games, not sure how accurate they are but its usually a lot of fun for a little while.
Braid was awesome, really amazing puzzler, I thought the story was weird (especially since I had to google the 'real' story) but I didn't play it for that.
Also he never really attacked MS did he? He just explained how much ram his game is taking and expressing surprise that the X1 doesn't have more than 8GB ram considering how cheap DDR3 is now.
yea not sure where they got their figures from but the rankings are pretty straightforward. Plus I don't think pre-orders at this time (and for all we know its 10 people total preording on each) really matter.
I wonder how many dog jokes and puns they will come up with before the launch of this game?
how can you be pro-industry while being anti-consumer when the industry is dependant on the consumer...
Touchy subject for which brand is better, I've personally never used an AMD card but I have built PCs for my cousin and brother with AMD and while I won't personally use one I can recommend them depending on what they're looking for. I'm no expert but I think its pretty hard to choose between two products with both advantages and disadvantages, plus don't forget about brand loyalty.
Wow, what? Not quite sure what you mean. Clone? and why should I shut my mouth for liking the earlier COD games?
I'm glad they're trying something different and while I'll be skeptical about how much different or better it will be, I'm still going to hope for the best. I loved the COD franchise until modern warfare and I hope I can get back into it again.
I'll wait, this is just like any other game announcement except you know its going to be good before hand. I mean I waited years for Bioshock Infinite, I can wait a while for this one.
I don't live in the US but order pretty much all my games through Amazon, but the one time I tried to use Gamestop online store I got some issues with payment and then shipping, it was a hassle, but that was years ago so who knows might try it again.
quite a nice steelbook case, but I'll settle for normal one since I don't order from Gamestop.
It was an error on my post, meant PC.
Will this never die... I know that if a ff vii remake happens it will sell a billion copies (including my own) but keeping on dredging this up when it'll never happen helps Noone.
Same here, second time this happened in a week, first was Saints row the third and now xcom... Got lucky.
I think you're mistaking which store has apocalypse
keeping it at 30 constant is better than switching between it and 60. Even if its a smooth transition between them the difference will be noticeable and hurt the immersive factor of the game. Playing at 30 might not be ideal but it will still be good as so many games pull it off without problems.
