I agree, there is a niche for every type of gamer, but there should also be games that create new niches.
Not saying they're (GoW, Halo, etc) are generic, they're all relevant and to be respected in their own right, but its important to look at what possibilities this supposed "next generation" console cycle may bring.
Same here. Some great games by that company.
I'll be speechless if my i5-2500k and Asus Strix GTX 970 can't get 1080p/60fps out of this game.
Filmic, hahaha. What's up with Ubisoft lately?
This clip got me thinking, what about Chris Pratt as Drake? Yay, nay?
I think I rather like it that they used the actors 'native tongue. I think the clip's overall quality would lessen if the actors were speaking in English, but in a Danish/Norwegian accent. There's a possibility it would sound weird.
Regardless, to each their own!
Haha, I don't know Danish. But I felt that the video was fairly well done in general.
Yeah, Warhorse just sent me an Alpha Access code, downloading on Steam right now : )
Final game will hopefully be amazing. (Oops - my comment double posted for some reason...:/ Sorry.)

I quite like that word..."puffery."
Hahaha, I lol'd. I never played the game, but I heard about its severe problems at launch.
Haha, you can't make this up.
Game is utterly terrifying, haha.
I remember watching the first one in 2009. I actually liked it for some reason. I would have loved to see a full blown sequel.
Probably the worst thing you could ever do as a PC game developer.
Various reasons are explained in the video. Sometimes people just don't like what they have to agree to. Also, some updates take away certain functionalities (ex. PS3).
I think the difference is that you cannot do anything at all. No games, no info access, nada. At least with other consoles, you can refuse the EULA and still have a functional console.
I agree. I never played Halo 4(stopped at Reach for some reason), but the game really does look wonderful - especially from that third-person perspective.
Man, I remember that. Freaking awesome.
