I got a PS4 Pro around the time God of War released and the exclusives were the reason I bought one. But if I had to choose, I'd choose the One X.

There are reasons but they may not be valid for you.
At least Gears 5 is announced as 2019 unlike TLOU2, Ghost of Tsushima and Death Stranding.
They have no release date, or even year yet.
I have this dilemma too, because I think only Play Anywhere games work like that.

Strongholds are a guaranteed Masterwork item. I think it might be skill item but I'm not sure.
Legendary Contracts are a guarantees Masterwork Component for sure.
I've not played on grandmaster 2 or 3 because it's too hard for the small increased chances, but maybe on freeplay it would be worth it because I've noticed that the enemies on freeplay have less HP than in Strongholds.
You're not entitiled to anything, the game comes with what it comes with, that's decided by the developers and publishers.
It's up to you to decide if you want to spend your money on it.

As far as I can tell and I'm no expert, that set up will not provide 4k/60 on all games, unless you go for low details.
The Xbox One X can achieve 4k/60 in some games.
Hell even the RTX2080 can't achieve 4k/60 in some games.

And there is more difference between the Xbox's than there are between the PS4's.
I've not had that problem at all. So I will offer you the same advice everyone always gives when people complain about the PS4 Pro being too loud.
