The section of the game that i saw the guy playing wasn't the best part to really show off the games graphical prowess as it was pretty dark and he wasn't a very good player going round in circles using jerky movements and getting lost.
I fully appreciate and understand that it's a remastered port and i can certainly see a lot of improvements, the game looked more fluid and responsive and i was looking at the text in the placards, signs and wall posters, they all ...
From what i could tell from that livestream, if you were to tell me that it was being played on a ps3 i would have believed it. After the huge amount of over saturated hype surrounding this i have to say that i am honestly rather underwhelmed to say the least.
Before i get torn to shreds for giving my honest opinion there are two things to keep in mind, this might be entirely down to the poor quality of the livestream itself and secondly i am not trolling as i have platinum...
It's very simple to film because it has already been made with those two fisted pulp comic book adventure movies in the 30's.
Raiders of the lost ark is how to do it right.
the mummy with brendan fraser is how to do it and reach middle ground.
sahara with mathew macononey forgive my spelling and that fudging awful nicholas cage film is how to scrape the barrell.
Yeah, i forgot about Tomb Raider, although i have not played it yet, it does look absolutely superb, i may pick it up over the weekend.
As you say though they are all incredible looking games, i can't wait to see Uncharted in action. The future games will look amazing and improve over time.
I'm still waiting for the real jaw droppers to arrive later on down the line, strangely Infamous Second Son never really gave me that wow factor, granted the sheer amount of stuff happening on screen at times is a real technical marvel but i didn't like the art style. Metal Gear ground zeroes can look amazing at times and then elsewhere can be pretty bland for me. Wolfenstein looked and ran great.
I have been most impressed with Asssasin's Creed black flag. Watch...
Your absolutely right which is why i only used a very tiny spray, thankyou for the tip about endust that seems likea a far better solution .
No i am not as you so eloquently put it, making up crap. As a paying customer who has bought every PlayStation console i am perfectly entitled to air my grievances regarding the controller. Another issue i had was my speaker went wonky during Ground Zeroes, i switched my ps4 off and it worked again. I genuinely don't like the controller as it hurts my hands after prolonged use however that may be entirely due to hand and shape size and a touch of arthritis in my left hand. I also feel t...
I have several gripes with the PS4 controller.
For me, after prolonged use my thumbs and hands get sore. This doesn't happen when i use my PS3 controller.
The inverted cupping on the end of the sticks tends to gather sweat when i use it after an hour or so and the sticks become very slippy.
The battery life is so bad that i tend to play more often with the damn cable charging the bloody thing.
The R2 fire buttons ...
I have finished this game and i absolutely loved it, but in my opinion i reckon Peter North is the best shooter ever created.
I want the ability back, to listen to my Frank Sinatra collection, while i am browsing the web and simultaneously downloading full movies and porn clips onto my hard drive all in the aid of research of course ahem.
I know it's not the same as a dedicated YouTube application pinned to the task bar but there is a work-around. - on Ps4 browser go to http://www.youtube.com/tv and then add it to your bookmarks.
Resident Evil 6 cost me the price of a ps3 dualshock controller after i smashed it against my living room wall in sheer frustration. I am a placid person by nature but after playing Resident Evil 6's quick time events and trying to climb a rope i wanted to knock seven bells out of the game designers and developers.
Sony really need to ramp up the production values for this and hire better directors and production crew. As a Ps3 and Ps4 owner i hope they have a splendid showing but if they are showing this on the big screen, it has the potential to backfire, expose and magnify mistakes from a live televised point of view. I was very unimpressed with the direction of Sony's last two or three shows. I am referring to shoddy directing and not the content. I can't remember the shows in question, but ...

I'm playing on PS4 and the game starts up instantly, while the patch downloads in the background. So you can play straight away. The game is amazing so far. I'm playing on hard and the enemy AI is great.
I got mine for £39 at Amazon and got the soundtrack CD free as a bonus - the game is amazing so far - I was a bit worried about the enemy AI being not up to par, having watched a couple of videos, however i am playing on hard difficulty and have died numerous times.
So far, the first chapter has given me more fun than the whole campaign of Killzone Shadowfall.
At times, the game made me feel like Clint Eastwood at the end of Where Eagles Dare.
Tesco ps4 version is 40 pounds and Amazon are selling ps4 version for 40 pounds and free delivery. The developers have said campaign is approx 20 hours long if you search for extras and secrets.
I have never heard of CEX before, i had a look at their site and they have loads of tremendous deals, i hadn't realised Asda do trade ins on games, i remember Argos doing it a few years back. Thanks for the info i have just found out my nearest (CEX) branch is in the city centre only a few miles away.
