Um.... I'm all for bashing greedy companies and all, but......... I don't see how a company that revolves around games media, is overstepping any fair boundaries, by opening a store front.

Now, if you wanna talk about greedy companies, there's this one out there called EA........

You needed a report to figure this out? lol

Very, very rarely, is a "copyright" anything, a good thing. Pretty sure that answers your question.

I'm hopeful as most others here, in that this does well enough to put Nvidia in check, and make the prices more competitive.

However..... this isn't Intel's first attempt to pierce the gpu market, and, I'm keeping expectations....... modest. Fingers crossed all the same.

I'd go with even less.

So many games are a mess these days, namely because of "fan feedback". Which a lot of the time, isn't even that, it's more like "blowback".

Devs, and mostly, publishers, typically want to play it safe, and take practically no risks anymore. A good reason why everything is so "by the list" these days, and hardly anything breaks new ground creatively.

Take a look at &q...

Uh..... right.

Sounds good. Maybe wake you up some, after you lose even more money on this turd.

Rare is nothing more than a name. All the talent and soul involved with it, has long since left. Just like many other studios. Namely, BioWare.

Um... of course they can. Once upon a time, there were no political ties to games whatsoever........ until there were, and here we are today.

Given what I continue to hear from EA the last few weeks? I'm pretty sure they created a broken compass.

Anyone who thinks EA will change, after 20+ years now of bull****tery, is simply a moron. There's no 2 ways about it.

As do I.

Once again, these single player games proving EA correct. A measly 7.6 million unit. They may as well have never made the thing.

Obviously nobody wants to play single player games anymore, right EA?

If this news were a suit, it would be perfectly tailored to this dogs*** company.

2719d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

Not for me it won't.

2719d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

Those single player games though. So dead, right EA?

2720d ago 9 agree1 disagreeView comment

Right. It's just that easy. Parents puts their foot down, and that's just it. Kids will fall in line like robots.

Obviously, you have no kids. Or if you do, maybe they truly are robots.

Right. Let's never blame the companies which invest hundreds of millions of dollars each year into marketing, psychological assault and manipulation. Surely, they are the victims here.

In a time where lots of families need both parents working just to make ends meet? This is nothing short of BS. Maybe there should be some laws introduced to restrict the bull*****ery of the endless marketing assault on everyone anymore.

You can hardly open your...

If by "recent years years", you mean the past decade, then I'd have to concur.

Remember kids, it always pays to cheat. Just look at the results.

If your only ambition in playing a game, is to get a trophy? You should really just give up gaming altogether.

Even worse, sniffing for "easy" trophies that reward you for nothing, is just downright embarrassing.

Doesn't this happen with every system? Fake X360 hacks, fake PS3 hacks, even fake modchips in PS1/PS2 era. What a shocker.
