I think one of the biggest problems with reviewers is that they have to review on the lowest common denominator of the public, and generally more publicly accepted ideas are more likely to get higher scores. They should be reviewing with all types of people in mind, and tell a niche group of people that it may be up their alley even if not everyones. In this day and age there is a huge bias toward shooters. It is almost like a snowball effect, more people like shooters, media reports more on ...
Its one of Dante's new ranged weapons, and as the name implies it can pull out a varying amount of artillery. Almost the whole article is on the different forms and attacks capable with it. Quite nice to see Dante keeping all of his old moves and styles, yet getting some nice and interesting new weapons.
I'm gonna miss slashing and shooting the loading screen.... Not!
The article does say they are working on an extra mode that will be free.
You can use a fake address, it is very easy, except maybe making a Japanese account if you don't know how to read it, but even if you can't read it you can memorize the process and fill in the blanks.
Got my hopes up, then left me to question why a demo of DMC4 would be the worst update ever... *fingers crossed for US*
My Vote has to go for Dante, the original hardcore action star, for which Kratos may not have even existed, or at least not in the same way. BTW I know this is not the popular answer, so I'm expecting disagrees from people who can't handle opinions that aren't the same as theirs.
(If we are talking about a real fight who knows... I mean one kills gods while the other can survive going through swords and having Bikes explode on him.)
I found it quite fun in DMC3. It's not like there is a requirement to use it to beat the game.
Yes Devil May Cry is one of those old fashioned games where rewards for challenges are already on the disc. Remember those kind of games?
Please don't turn this into a my controller is better than yours, he is simply stating he would rather play the game on the same kind of controller he has always played the series on, just like any gamer and true fan of the series would want to.
Nutz... I don't want to wait until summer.
I agree with you Jack, I mean they gave Madden 08 the same scores on the 360 and PS3 even with the obvious difference, whereas most multi games GS gives the PS3 the short end of the stick... it is at least interesting that both of these strange scores have to do with EA...
What is the point of reviewing these games? I mean all reviewers have a bias towards the aging of the games, and the fact that they have played them before. I mean you can already see the bias when a game like devil may cry 3 comes out gets a good score, but the special edition which is the same game offering a lot more content gets a lower score. I swear games have the depreciation rate of cars going off the lot when it comes to reviews. I mean just plain out of curiosity what is even the hi...
It wasn't Kobayashi's choice. The higher ups make these decisions. Just as the original mastermind of Devil May Cry Kamiya was not even allowed to continue the series, but have someone else take over the project. The result was the lackluster DMC2.
You have to beat Hard. Be sure to carry over your rewards and medals.
I can honestly say the part after finding the plane in the 4th level is the hardest part you will come across in crushing, I don't know how many tries I had to go through it, but I beat crushing and have all 1000 points. What a great game indeed.
What is the price of Persia? I've got deep pockets. ;P
Yeah the original Warhawk was rated E, so you can bet it will be a ps3/psp game of the classic.
Kobayashi basically said there was about 2 hours of cutscenes in the game, so there is a lot more to be seen, as well as plot twists to be revealed.
I completely agree with you mighty, and I have a hunch that old snake is somehow actually Big Boss... but who knows just a conspiracy. I mean come on the eyepatch? I know its the "solid eye" but knowin Kojima and his love of plot twists and bringing people back, I wouldn't say its not out of the question. BTW anyone that doesn't enjoy MGS doesn't know true gaming art.... or they are very impatient...
