This guy (at least in the 1st video) has gotten the Instant reving technique down, for those that don't know and haven't noticed he is able to have is sword charged for just about every attack. Basically you want to hit the rev button at the appropriate frames that Nero can instantly charge up the sword, its pretty tricky but sweet to master.
Yakuza 3 is worth checking out.
There is actually more cost coverage, such as buying batteries or extra battery packs, and if someone's only option is a wireless connection there is that too. Doesn't matter, the only thing most people consider is the initial price of the item and become much more willing to buy the rest.
He is obviously taking a stance on the whole nickel and diming, with the exception of 3 all of the content has been originally on the disc. (I say the exception because of the extra content in the special edition.)
Even in winning such a bet one would end up losing....
In other words I hope you're right.
I wish we knew if the 3 items in the summer he was talking about are MGS4, MGO, and some 3rd unnanounced thing, or whether they are 3 unnanounced products.
Haha you just made my morning. Bubbles.
Haha STD version.... sorry...
Since every video, and wallpaper came out the same day on the JP store, chances are that they may not get the demo until the 31st as well... but I will still keep my fingers crossed.
If that little green thing was what they were talking about being the new Carbuncle, it looks like a fancy caterpillar.
Kobayashi stated that you won't be able to play as Dante through all levels... =/ Then again a lot of Nero's sections require his Devil Arm so it makes sense... but I still have my fingers crossed for some sweet unlockables.
God of War is in the same genre, but is practically in its own subset. One of the reasons it is so popular is because it is accessible, and isn't so hard that it will push casual gamers away. Games like Devil May Cry and Ninja Gaiden, are the evolution of the beat em up, games that used to be very unforgiving and challenging. They are the games to satisfy those with an appetite for challenge. Not everyone wants to play such a challenging game, and it is frustrating instead of fun for them, th...
You can always expect a less than perfect score for a game like this, because it's not for everyone. It is for hard core action fans, and if the only thing they can complain about in the review is difficulty, then fans of the genre should know its right up their alley. There's no way to expect 9s or 10s for games that aren't for everyone, but this is sure to be a 9-10 in my book.
If you are talking about timed button presses in a turn based RPG, it goes before Shadow Hearts. Legend of Dragoon rings a bell, and you can even go all the way back to Super Mario RPG, for extra damage, defense, and Freebies. LO may turn out to be a good RPG, but not necessarily innovative, which for most old school fans isn't a problem.
Yeah which is too bad considering, those were the worst devil transformations in my eyes. I'd also like to point out that Kobayashi felt that Dante has been in 1 too many games... so dreams are most likely shot down again...
Actually the old rumor of Dante coming to Soul Calibur 3 actually generated from Capcom and Namco's relationship. DMC3 borrowed a similiar parrying system from the soul calibur developers, and with Dante showing up in many games at the time, everyone hoped this would be another excuse for him to join SC... too bad it wasn't true... but a man can dream...
I know of at least 4 Halo converts personally, so this seems to mesh with my experience.
I still like the idea of him getting into Metal Gear Rex better.
I was pretty sure the Tales of Symphonia character LLoyd was for Soul Calibur Legends on the Wii.
Yeah for anyone interested this guy posted a pretty good tutorial on mastering it. http://boards.gamefaqs.com/...
