If the 360 was released later at the same time as the PS3 I would argue they would have murdered Sony. Assuming they fixed their RROD issues. At a cheaper price for literally they same quality of games it's a steal.

That is exactly what MS did with the Xbox. The original got creamed by the PS2. Hands down xbox lost that battle. Then the 360 came around and stole so much of the market.

It's actually not more the. What Sony is doing. To think that streaming lighting and AI from the cloud could some how be more work for the cloud then streaming AC3 is a bit of a stretch. And it's things that are not latency dependent. I don't expect graphics to get any better but I do expect other things to improve.
It's the streaming portion that I'm worried about. Anything the cloud computes (the end result) gets set out.

Not saying PSN didn't have a lot of ppl playing but I would have to wonder how many accounts are real? If it cost nothing to make an account how many were made with no intention of being a permanent account? How many troll accounts? How many ppl banned on one account just to create another? How many created at a friends house just because?
Even if there that many more accounts that doesn't mean ppl are using them to play online.

Say what you want about 300k servers and if they are virtual or not but here are some numbers that mean a lot more. Sony buys GaiKai for $380 mil.
MS buys Azure for about $9 billion. Even at 1/10 of the azure infrastructure it dwarfs GaiKai by a significant margin. So I would have to say $9 Bil beats $380 mil. Divide that how you want but MS has an advantage here.
Those who don't have the courage to walk into a gym and "workout" at home. Nothing beets a gym or going outside but this is a great gateway to doing those things. Not that and X1 should be your first step but if u had one and became interested in getting in shape this is a great first step. I do remember reading a story about some guy that lost 100 lbs by using Wii fit. Wouldn't be surprised if he actualy hits the gym with the confidence he has now.

I liked the original policies. Most were beneficial IMO.
But ppl were turned off not matter what fanboys said or did. The ppl who slander do it on sites like this or YouTube. The hardcore will hear it but the casual will get a small idea and that's it. The reason for the non functioning processors is for redundancy. Something I haven't heard Sony say anything about. Without arguing performance between the two I would say the X1 would be more reliable and probably have less units turning into bricks. There are vents galor. Their chip is huge to disparate heat better and they even have cores for redundancy. The RROD lesson was a bitch.
