I'm sure there will be some Alan Woke jokes somewhere in this thread considering a sequel being created in today's societal climate, but I'll leave it to you guys to get creative. Have fun. :)

This.

I would have been more up for this in my 20's when I had more spare time. Now in my 40's w kids, career, I focus on maybe 1-2 games a month, or even my huge backlog from years ago or retro gaming. I can't justify subscribing to a service like this anymore. I don't even care about playing new releases right at launch anymore either, bc I found those inevitably building up into a backlog themselves. They became much cheaper by the time I actually did hav...

I've said it from the beginning, Death Stranding seems to have taken heavy inspiration from Spintires/Mudrunner; an on-foot cargo delivery game across rugged terrain w extreme physics models, but w a bit of scifi thrown in. I wonder if Kojima had been playing it after his firing from Konami.

These games are so fun for me, I love the challenge and sense of accomplishment that comes from successfully completing a seemingly impossible task. There would absolutely be no sh...

That's good to know. Thanks @ApocalypseShadow :)

I believe that is is one of the reasons that the Microsoft/Activision buyout is being so closely scrutinized, because there are laws about buying out competition with the foreknowledge of later raising prices. It's a bit of a grey area bc we're no longer talking about just physical product. It can be argued that price rises aren't solely reflective of the Activision deal. Additionally, it would only be an issue if things like COD become exclusive or are price throttled by MS on a ...

Well this is highly disappointing. Blood and Truth was such an amazing cinematic experience on PSVR. I still say it should have carried "The Getaway" name with it to help its success.

The reason for playing is located between her thighs according to the high journalism at thegamer.com.

A half a year later: "Breaking news, Microsoft buys miHoYo."

Microsoft: "We built this!"

Literally the only XBox exclusive that I still regularly play. I'm glad I had bought FH3 (PC) when I did, but this really sucks for other people who never picked it up. I still love the Australian Outback setting most of all.

Ah shoot you're right. I went back and counted them and there were 10. 8 was my count before the 2 recent ones.I know 2 missing are R&C1 on PS3 & Vita. Not sure which is the other missing one. I did the Full Frontal Assault & All4One so it's not those. Also Deadlocked. Hmm.

Either way, they were quite easy as shown as the large completion percentage of Plat on a number of them.

Edit: Ahhh found it. I only had one of the 2 Going Command...

This isn't news. They're really easy Platinums. I have 8 R&C Plats.

Only missing 2 R&C (original) Plats on PS3 & Vita bc the controls on that particular one do not hold up well. I absolutely adore the series though.

I don't think you understand the legality of contractual agreements.

Same here. I always choose performance mode over quality, at least during a first playthrough. I'm definitely interested in the game, but I feel no incentive to get it at launch. I can wait.

I went to Steven Ogg's Cameo, and I found that he often a) insults the person he's sending the videos to and b) says "I don't get this" when people start talking about video games, tv shows etc. This is the Cameo persona he seems to have created, almost "Buy an insult from Steven Ogg!" 100% of his reviews are positive, so people knew what they were getting into.

You're not paying him enough money here to do character work. Studios pay b...

I beat Jurassic Park multiple times!

Jurassic Park had no save system, so I would leave the console running while I went to school, took breaks. It's not that it's hard, it's just tedious. But I was a Jurassic Park obsessed kid (around 13 when this hit), so I would obsessively scower ever inch of the maps (both 2D and 3D) until I had them memorized.

The Star Wars trilogy, I only beat w the cheat codes.

When I first heard about this game, I was pretty blown away. I couldn't wait for the game to ship!

Then they stripped it of many the original features and I was no longer excited. That ship had sailed.
