Actually if you take a look at the listings, they are all mostly new never opened products. Therefor returning it would not be an issue cause is not the sellers fault and people buying the product prob knows about the risks. If the console has been used, thats a different story.
And ebay fees cant take more than $50 I believe. And the box itself is reasonably light so shipping wouldnt be too much either.
Game size has nothing to do with Sony. Thats just cause its next gen and games will keep getting bigger, you have had to know that...And you expected them to give you 10+ Exclsuives...on launch..its a launch console man, if you expected anything other than 2-3 exclusives you have lost it. The two points you deducted from the rating have nothing to do with the console itself...

What the hell you talking about? Most of those problems are from Internet connection due to PSN overload. Only 6% actually have a console that wont power on. The blinking light is an issue that can be solved. Theres a work around for it. So stop spreading your bs
Well no s*** your gonna have a forum full of people complaining...you think the people that have theirs running smoothly are going on a forum and say "hey mine works great!" I would rather pay a low monthly fee and get a superior network than not pay and get some basic unreliable crap...Therfore I am 100% behind the online fee for PSN now. I thought it was a good move by Sony. Could be just me though.
Yes they would be able to, but they would only do it to games that would still maintain a high enough fps for it to be worth it and the hardware can handle it.
For example Dead Rising 3 is 720p @30fps...But with the framerate videos out there, it dips to 20fps a lot, therfore dont expect that game to go 1080p because it would just be unplayable. So all in all depends on the game for the most part.
