I'm talking about the final build of the game smart guy. Every final build of GT has featured dirt racing. They also will feature a Drift MODE as well, like the demo.
And from what I hear, Forza2 got rid of a lot of the best tracks from the first one that were the best for drifting on. From what I've played so far, the drifting tracks on GT5P are funner.

The graphics looked far improved as well. I saw a couple shots of the old levels compared to the new versions and they looked a lot more detailed. It's cool to play some of the old levels but I just hope Epic isn't making a rehash.
I will say this though, Gears is pretty damn homoerotic. Their characters just lend themselves to gay jokes too much. But yeah, as long as it doesn't let people down like Halo2/3 then Ill be happy.
Really though, I don't need stupid decals and ugly spoilers in a racing game.
GT5 is much more realistic in my opinion. Crash damage will come with an update, but if you ask me, the tuning in both games is unrealistic and generic. That being said, every car in GT5 feels unique, forza, not so much. Especially after you start supin em up.

Until they can succeed in another market besides the U.S. the 360 is just a novelty. They're selling a console for less then the Wii in the UK. They are operating at a loss. They are still in last place.

A majority of gamers still haven't bought a next-gen console. This poll reflects that fact. W/ PS2 having over double the install base of XBOX, is logical to assume that most of those gamers will invest in a PS3, hence Sony FTW.

The wii's controller isn't really that innovative, and it doesn't enhance the games that much. The reason the Wii sells is because its cheap.
And have you seen the retarded design for the Mario Cart Wii controller!? It's has all the properties of a normal Wii mote but it's in the shape of a steering wheel! That's genius! Makes you look like you belong on the special ed bus when you play that game. If you don't have force feed back than steering wheels sucks in games.

I always wondered why the 360 creates so much heat. Even though it has an ungodly external power brick even the box itself get blazing hot. The fan is so loud it drowns out the games! It sounds like a PS3 when you do the fan test, which by the way is supposed to be hazardous for the console.
W/ a mandatory install it will cut down on loading screens. Think of the time you waste loading a game every time you play it. That far outweighs a paltry 5 mins. of mandatory install. Not to mention better performance from the game in general.
And another thing - I would install every game if I had the opportunity. If you have an XBOX I could see how this would be a problem, you are stuck using MS's crappy HDD that are overpriced and too small.

Halo 3 has paid for RROD!!!! M$ lost 2 billion so far on RROD! that's a pretty bold claim to say they have recuperated it all off Halo. M$ is now on their 3rd chipset, and while I'm sure this has curbed RROD significantly, those dev. costs alone must have been expensive not to mention RROD has not been remedied completely. XBOX360 still has a significantly higher failure rate than WII or PS3, and a majority of ppl own the defective consoles still. Failure is immenent for them.

The PS3 is not taking the place of the PC, its a way to link your PC to your tv to your surround sound. A media hub if you will. And the capability to use a mouse and a keyboard is only a plus. If you're such an avid PC gamer then you would know that a mouse is much more accurate than a control will ever be.
