According to this article and the npd data... Smash Bros ultimate was the 5th best selling game in all 2018... Considering that was only for 3 weeks against months from the competition and the top exclusive this year.... That is something to be amazed by... And that's only physical sales... Not even counting digital ones.

If this is what Microsoft is planning for the future, then I'm out. Its just not worth paying a monthly subscription to play "all the games I want" If thats' the way the rest of the companies are heading.(which I seriously doubt) then I guess its time to leave gaming for good.
