Now it's time? Sorry, I've been an Xbox 360 user and PC gamer for a long time now (and PS3 user). While PSN being down is annoying, I don't see how it would force anyone to buy a different console.

Okay, if Eurogamer gives it a 10, then you know it's a must buy. They're normally some of the toughest critics. Actually, it's a must buy because all the reviews so far are perfect or in the high 9's.

It's crazy how much more powerful gaming PCs are than consoles--yet a lot of games on the PC are poorly optimized and don't look a lot better than the console versions. It makes you think that consoles are holding PC graphics back. Anyways on topic, this isn't going to happen. 2gb at the most.
Yikes, the PS3 is far from the worst console. Seriously, anyone that says that hasn't been gaming long enough. I had a freakin Virtual Boy, Atari Jaguar, and countless other terrible consoles.
The one still has a CRT as his main TV, that seems weird for someone working in the video game industry. Surely he can afford an HDTV, they're pretty cheap now. Anyways, I look forward to hearing what Nintendo announces.

I agree somewhat, I want some cool exclusives for my 360 that don't involve guns. Like looking at you avatar, Littlebigplanet is one of my favorite PS3 games. I guess I want titles like that from Microsoft. Hopefully Rare is making a new Banjoe-Koozie that isn't vehicle based.
I'm not completely writing Kinect off though, I loved Dance Central, but like you said, controller based games.
It sucks that a bunch of bad stuff keeps happening over there, I'd totally understand if they had to do this.

This article has some great points, but the next generation is going to have to start sooner than later. Sure, it won't be a lot of games at first and they'll be expensive, but that's how the beginning of every console life cycle is.
Also one "constructive" criticism about the website. I don't think it's a good idea to build a site with articles with flash. Maybe a photography site, just not a gaming website. Once again, that's only meant as ...
