While the article isn't the greatest, they are right in saying that just because a game is alpha or pre-alpha doesn't mean that game is going to get better looking.

As far as I know, Microsoft has never given out the number gold subscribers, they've just said it's around or over half the users.
Also, people need to realize that PSN includes PSP users that join PSN.

Get to marketing the game Sony. It feels like I've seen 1/4 of Heavy Rain, but barely know anything about GoW3.

GT PSP sold 1.8 million at the end of December, it could still be ahead of Forza 3. And that's pretty sad considering how much hype MS was trying to build for it and how GT PSP has to fight all the piracy on PSP.
I don't know why you're criticizing me. From your list, you obviously like "hardcore" games.
Wii is a Gamecube at 5 times the price with a controller that isn't precise. That's why 3rd parties are running away from the system with real games and are instead going to make casual games.
Wii's top games are Wii Sports, Wii Play, and Wii Fit. What a great list :|
I liked the Wii better when it was called the Gamecube and didn't have controls so bad you have to buy an add-on for it.

Nvidia won't be matching PS3 anytime soon. Have to come from PSP2. There is just not much of a reason to spend so much on a graphics processor that is just going to be used in MP3 players and phones.

The decisions in ME1 had little effect on ME2. No reason to expect much of a difference in ME3.
GT5 probably has "Indy" cars, but they don't have the license. Like in the past where the had an F1 car but they didn't have the license so they had to make up one.
Most of the reviews are solely basing their reviews on the single player game. It's like judging PSO based on it's single player component. Some of the early reviews trashing the game probably didn't even play online. It's not the greatest game but it's not horrible as reviews are making it out to be.
And it still won't be as good as Gran Turismo 4.
I find that the most amazing thing is that a game that sells 10 million+ still has a broken multiplayer mode.

Look at ME1, terrible game, people hated parts of it but didn't want to admit it. They convinced themselves it was better than it really was. After ME2 comes out the truth on ME1 really comes out from reviewers about just how bad ME1 was.
Same thing will happen with ME2.
Mass Effect 2 = Flavor of the month, everyone will forget about it/talk about how crappy it was just like what happened with ME1.
Heavy Rain = Redefining what a video game is.
Yeah, no reason to have much faith in a FF7 Remake.
