I love my PS5. I love my series X. PS5 is clearly better RIGHT NOW in my opinion. Having the option to swap out the internal memory is all that’s missing for me. Seriously has ZERO reason not to. PS3 had dynamic themes so it isn’t a hardware issue. Xbox one and everything after it use the same OS so that isn’t it. Honestly just looks like a wall they made on purpose to give a “upgrade” bulletpoint.

Man they have few fks with the PS5 version. Microsoft implemented a downscaled 120 FPS mode so that’s something in and of itself, but there’s zero reason for the game to be that much bigger, and have that many hitches and frame drops on PS5. Returnal is phenomenal in every way but omg is the sound not getting it’s props or what? The white and black PS5 headset.... the damn audio in returnal is nothing short of incredible. The music.... Well there’s definitely loading needed, especially for red dead, but it’s faster. The smaller the game, the faster the quick resume. Saying instant just paints the wrong picture. Other than that though I agree with most of your main idea. I play may series X infrequently so I’m delighted when I try a game and it’s a quick resume. That Xbox games have a lot of replay value part was a bit much.
