... given the last 3D outings in the series (and for some in most of the recent titles) it's hard to believe that this would be good.
... Remaking the game wasn't new in 3D though (per the devs statement) since the first 3D was a telling of the story of the Whip.
Would be nice to see what they do though ... just don't make the damn game boring; the last 3D one was too boring for a Castlevania game.
I guess if you're making a game and you want people to buy it you have to slam everything else (LOL). I mean Crysis looks cool but I guess people have lost the idea of what humility is all about these days.

Yet, I do understand what you're saying about not every game needs a bluray - sadly though that library of games is small and almost void of titles worth owning.

Part of the game experience is also provided the game developers themselves (like call of duty) meaning that their networks would have too support this measure as well.

simple .. the system has been out for 4 years now and no one has completely hacked it.
Let's define hacking in gaming/game systems - it simple means, make the system do anything it's not supposed to do; like play all games that you normally wouldn't be able to, use backups of bluray games, old ps1/ps2 titles, and do other things that you otherwise shouldn't.
It's quite an achievement on Sony's part to keep this battle up for so long, so to these guys whoever does...
can't believe these guys are still on an ego trip to hack the ps3. It's the one system that most people don't want hackers to f with. So far I don't see the real benefits beyond using backup media of blu ray games (and they are quite large).

... for those die hard MW2 fans I guess but I'm going to have to say no to this. My 15$ dollars will go towards a full game instead this month, of which there are quite a few to choose from this, last, and next month.
.. first game was hell-a-hard ... hope they hold back a little on this one .. getting all the trophies for that game is a b1tch.
