Wedge, that was one hell of an interview. That's pretty much every question I could think of and your interview just ensured my purchase of Dead Space 3. Thank you.
I'm actually curious as to the gameplay. Maybe I'll find a way to get my hands on a copy.
I've seen their ideas. Not bad. Here's my prediction:
If they can keep catching the player off guard, there's a chance it might be scary. Otherwise, it won't be scary at all.
I'm glad that they're going after photo-realism. That could be the best visual style for Dark Soul II.
Very interesting. Separation during Co-Op? That will either work very well or not well at all.
Something tells me that they have something against Gamestop.
And how was that? He had no point..
I agree with all except Assassins Creed 3.
@Jinkies
I agree with Ellie, instead of Carver. However, I disagree with you on almost everything else. I respect your opinion, just as I expect you to respect mine. When the game is released, I'll make my full judgement.
If you've seen recent videos of Co-Op, they're handling it very well. They've chosen to include some of the following features:
-Individual hallucinations
-Conflict between Clarke and Carver
-Several scenarios where one player will have to protect the other while the second player in going through hallucinations.
Though it hasn't been done before, they're putting serious effort into the single player and Co-Op, tailoring ea...
Obvious slippery slope is obvious.
I'd have to disagree about hardcore. I love it, but it's all personal opinion. Otherwise, I completely agree with you. It's nice for them to ask.
All I'm saying is Borderlands and Borderlands 2 did not ruin this gen. Generic shooters did.
I personally enjoyed myself playing the game. If you didn't, I've been in a similar situation and hope you got the chance to try before you buy.
Other than that, every game will have those who like it and those who don't. The best part about video games is if you don't like one, there are so many games out there that you'll find one you will like.
My favorite isn't quite a quote, but it's a sign that can be found on an outhouse.
That isn't entirely true. There's always room for innovation.
I know I'm being a dead horse, but the E3 presentation was awful. However, I could see some potential in it.
I want a boss during the story that has the same sense of presence as the Leviathan did. No matter what, that boss is one I'll always remember. An entire chapter was wrapped around it and you had to weaken it to just be able to reach it. I want that same feeling.
I'd be more worried it it DID get delivered to your house on launch day..(Even if you used overnight shipping)
