Everyone has a different criteria for scoring. Graphics IMO should have the least affect on a score. If I recall, God of War 2 won GOTY despite the fact that Gears 1 was also a GOTY contender and had better graphics than GOW2. Edit: Why am I getting disagrees? Conviction DOES look better than MGS4. Look at the vids. The bathroom scene looks like a cutscene.
I don't think it'll be worth getting a 360 for considering that Ubisoft already confirmed that all future Splinter Cell games will be on PS3/360. I'd buy a 360 for L4D2 if M$ dropped the price 100 bucks and included wi-fi.

Ummm..Mass Effect 2 IS exclusive. Its EXCLUSIVELY on 360/PC. For Microsoft, not being on PS3 is considered an exclusive, but since every PS3 fanboy on N4G has a high end PC capable of playing Mass Effect 1 and 2 on mid-settings, I don't see why it would matter to them if Mass Effect 2 comes to the PS3 or not.

I agree. If the entire game is anything like that trailer we saw recently, then M$ doesn't have any exclusives(that we know of) that can compete with God of War 3 as far as shock value is concerned.
I'm so happy that EVERYONE will finally see the limits of DVD9 this year. Alan Wake is an impressive feat on the 360 as far as graphics, physics, and animations, but if it was made from the ground up on the PS3..it wulda been WAAY better. The same can be said for Mass Effect.
Makes alotta sense to me. Mass Effect would do well on the PS3 if it came out THIS year. If EA waits until 2011, no ones gunna care anymore.

LOL @ ur pic. After reading about how Lost Planet 2 will be identical on both consoles, ud have ta be a fool not to believe that the 360 is holding the PS3 back on a general note. If we all made a pact to only buy PS3 exclusives, then maybe multiplat devs like DICE, Rocksteady Studios, and Epic will begin to work EXCLUSIVELY on the PS3.

I think your forgetting the GTA4 fiasco too soon. 98 on metacritic, yet the general gaming populace think its boring.
