The change to disc 2 happens pretty early in the game in FF8 and is really just so you could load the new areas. Even though I spent the most time with this Final Fantasy of all of them the game still felt the shortest storyline wise. Most of my time was spent grinding everyone to 100. I think the main reason it was 4 discs were all the CG cutscenes.
This is one my all time favorites. It had everything I loved about Final Fantasy as someone who came in at 7. Before that the only ones I've ever felt were worth really playing were 4 and 6 but to each their own. Final Fantasy 8 was an epic with a nice deep storyline, Unique battle system a large world to explore with secrets and the most addictive Side game ever Triple Triad. I want this remade next.
She wasn't so Ultimate once I cast Aura on all of my team. Used my holy war potion (Thank you card refine)and let loose with everyone (Thank you Irvine and Pulse ammo). Never even took damage.
This has been said so many times since the original demo. It will have gaming applications eventually but they are looking to create a productivity tool for professional. They want to reach the largest market possible so it also acts as a multimedia device. It looks they want to get it out for that before they focus on adding a gaming focus. Honestly I see this device and I'm more interested in all the other things it can do besides gaming. One step at a time.

You guys that keep talking about BC only being used at the beginning of a console and not much are using previous gen as an example. Nope it is an issue. It's an issue that we embraced digital games last generation and trusted in them and bought them and now our licenses are stuck on a console that is going to stop being produced in the next 2 or so years. This generation the leap was much smaller as the previous gens consoles were HD this isn't like jumping from PS2 to Ps3 or Xbox to Xbox 360. Plenty last gen games still look pretty good. This was a fascinating great podcast episode the best from unlocked I've ever heard. I listened to it then watched the video. Great stories and a great behind the scenes look at not only Xbox but Microsoft the company. This was really well done.

It still doesn't load some times and just goes to a blue screen with the O button for go back in the corner. It requires a restart to work. It works most of the time but I've had this happen a few times in the last few days. Even when I was going from the Last of Us DLC menu. Its weird to have a store app that doesn't work 100% of the time.

I do have to admit I'm worried about this excited but also worried. The final fantasy series hasn't been truly great since 10 (not counting online ones). For me ever since the Square joined the Enix things got rough. That bring said they seem like they are on an upswing so here's hoping. Man this game is so far way....

Damnit!! Not this again!! Here I am enjoying this game just like I was Mortal Kombat X a month or so ago and now this BOMB!!!. Suddenly the game just isn't worth playing anymore. I know I can't see the 180 missing progressive lines but I just know they are not there now. How will I ever play this game again????? AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!....or not.
What in the blue hell is the person who wrote this article talking about? If I want to invite people to a game its not really all that different from 360. It has the invite player to party and game and in game invites. It usually takes as long as it takes the people to respond and join. I guess experiences vary but I haven't had any problem with this. I just finished Dying Light with 2 co op partners and it was a blast. Invite to party and game simple. Smh.
