That's what I'm talking about!
Yep. DariusBurst CS was going for over $250 on eBay the day that pre-orders sold through.
They just updated the site to state there will be a second wave at 6PM EST. Set your alarm, brobot.
This particular release had 8k copies - 3k CE and 5k standard edition. The same as Night Trap is getting.
I couldn't agree more.
Glad I got my CE! Next week with Night Trap is going to be a bloodbath.
Sadly, I don't know anyone who's played the game in months.
Honestly, I've been holding out on purchasing this one since it rolled out in May. However, I do look forward to diving into the Switch version this holiday season.
It's definitely going to be a sight to behold.
Yes. Why yes he should.
Bring on Sonic Mania!
Agreed wholeheartedly, and I can't wait to enjoy this steaming pile of video game history all over again!
I know what you mean. I LOVE what they do, but scalpers make buying each game an absolute nightmare. DariusBurst Chronicles sold out in mere minutes. Still, this is a game I can't resist.
If the PSVR port is anything like the PC one, then you absolutely have to move your feet a bit more than other games on the platform. For example, there is a stage where a large steel girder swings towards your head and the only way to avoid it is to essentially lay parallel to the ground (and let me just say, that is an AWESOME scene). However, if the tracking isn't cooperative, it's not hard to imagine the whole experience coming apart at the seams as you dive headlong into a blacke...
The "something more" is hardly anything nefarious - two separate editors, each with their own opinions, handled the reviews on two different pieces of hardware. I played the original on the Rift and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our reviewer handled the PSVR version and experienced myriad technical issues (which he described in his coverage).
What in the world are you talking about? A) As I said, this isn't my review. B) I own both a PSVR and a Rift and enjoy them both immensely. But I'm not going to pretend one doesn't have any advantages over the other when it comes to tracking.
Nonsense. We scored the orignal PC release a near-perfect score last year. While this isn't my review, I've used the reviewer's VR setup many times and it works fine. His camera is fine, lighting is good, etc.
The PSVR's tracking is much more finicky than that of the Rift and Vive. And given how kinetic of a game SUPERHOT VR can be, it's not surprising he experienced plenty of issues with the camera losing tracking. If Sony allowed for dual camera suppo...
Yeah, the way Ninja Theory is pitching this I expect a solid 6-8 hours of gameplay. In any case, I'm sold.
Look great. Think I'll be checking this one out.
Shame it didn't manage to impress.
