InFAMOUS shouldn't have Co-Op,it's based solely on Cole's story and the choices he makes.
If they were to implement Co-Op they should have put in a challenge mode fighting off reapers and such,but no Co-Op missions.

This is why to me,and many many others the PS3 is better value for money.
If I was to look up an xbox 360 and PS3 as a first time buyer this is what I would see.

Not really,as a consumer myself I brought a PS3 for the things it was offering over its competition,plus all of those great exclusive games coming.
I know many PS3 owners and they all brought one for the exact same reason,so from the experience I've had with PS3 owners no they haven't overestimated what consumers want,they've provided and are still providing the things they brought a PS3 for.
And yes,games in the same genre can be brought for cheaper.

If a console is offering the same games as its competitor,plus more bang for your buck AND a horde of exclusive games for a higher initial cost....well you do the math.
Edit: by the way I'm not implying Microsfot is dead in the water far from it infact.
I hope they continue to do as well as they currently are,just because I prefer PS3's it doesn't mean I want it's competitors to fail.

Microsoft is relying on third party developers to fill in the gaps of exclusives,which is a problem because these games could and probably will go multiplatform especially during a recession.
