No it's not a requirement. You can get the 3G and decided when to pay or just use it for it's GPS.

There were only a few battles that caused me problems and they were all optional mission battles. The main story is not hard at all imo.

Quite a strong list. I'm interested in seeing how it works with Ninja Gaiden.
Nothing wrong with casual games and I'm sure many people here have enjjoyed them.
However, casual games should never, ever be the main priority for the console manufacturers.People only complain when they make it their top priority.
Always take care of the core first because we are here to stay.

I'm happy Monster Hunter is coming. I can finally see what all the fuss is about. Still not sure which platform to get FFX on though. Might get it on both if it supports transfarring.
No Ragnarok Odyssey, Tales of Innocence and Final Fantasy Type-0 is dissapointing though.

Lot of people have been saying Virtua Tennis looks very good. Fifa and Ninja Gaiden look good too.
Prefered the good playthrough in inFAMOUS to the bad. Still yet to play part 2 but i'm sure it'll be the same.

The Vita can and does offer console and portable experiences along with it's features that you will never see on consoles.
