There's a long video from e3 couple of years ago with EA and a bunch of others from Ubisoft, Irrational, etc., raving about how great the think the wii u is. Fast forward almost 2 years and look at how they treat it now.

Watch "The Last of Us - Wii U Edition" on YouTube

So basically he is saying there are no real game concerns. People on the forums are just lying.
That explains a lot about EA.
Should be titled, "WatchDogs makes gamers feel like they bought a next gen system for no reason."
How about a screenshot of a release date...
Just started playing and I've gotten some great drops already where I have been forced to choose one for the other as you say. Great game and quite addictive.
I expect a COD teaser trailer shortly. They aren't going to go quietly into the night.
Even though Ghosts is hated on it still sold very well. Does that mean people will take a chance again? We shall see. Titanfall does look pretty cool but we will see if it catches fire and becomes a must have.
My Wii U has a way better connection to WiFi than anything else I own. You are right about it being too close though. I had it like that in the beginning and it just wouldn't work. Works fine all the way on the other side of the house though and easily is my best Netflix device.
I know they make fun games but it's just the reality we live in today that people are connected to everything.
I mean the possibilities of a Nintendo online world game...well who knows what they would come up with.
I think where I would like games to go in the future is to have actual choice. Making game changing decisions that affects the entire game and I don't mean the lame linear ones implemented in the past. That's about the only new direction I can see to go to from here that's not more of the same.
Other than that I'll still dream about the open console.
Of all the games shown The Division looked by far the best. I doubt they can pull that off on a console and I even doubt they can pull it off on anything other than a very high end pc. https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Sony already has a commercial out stating "share your experiences in WatchDogs on PS4" or something like that. The footage in it looks OK but nothing spectacular.
Not sure why they have it out now since the game won't be out for months and you won't be sharing anything anytime soon. Kind of odd.
Well I get all that...but why didn't they go back to Activision and say "wtf?". If it's one of the big releases of the year you can't just let it go.
All good points but they could be doing more to keep up with current trends such as more online games, perhaps bringing in an mmo or two. People now days want to feel connected and I don't think miiverse fills that need. Broadening their base certainly wouldn't hurt. They have everything you explained to fall back on.
Well unfortunately even after Iwata's big speech last month I don't see any changes. There is no news except some decent support for MK8. They still seem to be stuck in the old way of doing things. Still making great games but they are few and far between. They could be doing so much more.
This is laughable. This is a single player story game not GTA. If you want to think it's something else, well...lol good luck with that. The game looks excellent. How the hell could there be day and night cycles in a story driven game? What if something in the story involves a specific time of the day? You want the sun to pop out of your ass or something? Lol
It's on 360. There's little chance it won't be a success. How much so? We will soon find out.
What a trash article. Not funny in the least.
The gamepad is the best thing ABOUT the Wii U. The console with just a pro controller would be boring, underpowered and probably dead already.
Well I'm guilty of that myself.
That said it's the devs work being shown in the end. Great work but poor sales is one thing but a bad port just makes you look bad. If it's underfunded maybe more devs should speak out even if it's anonomously.
This is a good game that needs support on Kickstarter.
