Well I certainly don't think easier is better, but is harder acceptable anymore in this day in age is the question. Obviously the larger, harder, more immerse games are far better imo but people now seem to lean towards the easy quick spectacle.

Well he really didn't say it that way. The whole thing is a double edged sword. Yes it is true that games...a lot of games these days, are not much more than a linear walk through with awesome visuals. Nothing like the figure it out for yourself old days. BUT...the issue is do we want that now in today's fast paced world? I'm not so sure. But hand holding campaigns are definitely a worse investment in the long run.

I totally agree with this. Nintendo should just make their own new mature fps ip, the way only Nintendo can.

Yeah but ZombiU looked terrible, and had a ridiculously high priced bundle. Not to mention I never saw any ads for it, nor the Wii U when it launched for that matter.
If you want mature games to sell on Wii U then you have to actually advertise them heavily. Did you ever see a Black Ops 2 or Ghosts or A.C. commercial strictly from Nintendo on TV? I didn't think so. Most people don't even know you can play those games on the system. Then again most people (the casuals)...

Well...I have posted on this many times as I have seen the confusion in stores myself.
I think the biggest problem is that people know "Nintendo" and they know "Wii" is not Nintendo, just it's system. Unfortunately Nintendo did not name it's latest system Nintendo _____...they used the Wii name again instead. People think of "Wii" as a certain Nintendo system not as it's brand name.

Both companies are to blame but the Rayman and Watch Dogs b.s. scams are hard to ignore. If Ubisoft wants some retarded revenge against Nintendo for not promoting their games or handing them enough money, don't take it out on us. But gratz on the crown of so far this years most disappointing game.
