Sony is pursuing this issue because they believe they can argue that Hotz and others have improperly used and or distributed intellectual property (code).

I couldn’t get into BS (Played the Demo several times). I’m currently addicted to KZ3 ..hoping that I can be whined off before SOCOM hits.
Have provided insight that far exceeds the associated 'attention grab' video.

My thoughts exactly. In the words of Booby Brown 'Its his prerogative... He can shred it. However his points would have still held weight if he said that he was trading it in.. And he would have been $30.00 in the plus for it.

R1 Brought the WPWheel
R2 Gave us 8 player co-op with 3 interdependent classes and a 60 player seamless multiplayer.
Mag - 256 players -Strategy base (no Rambo)
KZ2 - Seamless multi-mission integration during multiplayer rounds as well as heavy weapon weight distention. (no gliding).
K3 - Is just crack.. I can’t stop playing it. A very well done multiplayer experience across the board. Jet Packs/Mech-bots/fully integra...
Also note that the recent 0 day patch provides some config improvements and there is a second patch that will address the over sensitivity issue. Over all.. I loved using move in the beta.
Playing KZ3 with the controller now but will pick the sharpshooter up again once the second patch is pushed.
By the way the Sharpshooter has to be the best gun/peripheral in the history of gaming (see Bentley –Sly Cooper gang).

I didn’t give you a disagree and wont slight you a bubble.
But man.. you have to grab yourself for a second.
and then ask you self "why.. why am I so tribal when it comes to gaming consoles?. Why do I have to deny myself the fantastic games and experiences shared by other gamer who have a PS3? or god forbid.. a PS3 and a 360?"

The Yakuza demos never do the game justice. The Demo only displays some of the fighting aspects. However the game delivery’s a rich story , deep characters and fantastic culture… and some of fantastic head bashing the like that the demo will never show.

The move integration is legit. I loved it. In fact the recent beta compelled me to purchase the Sharpshooter.

I'm using the move sticks in the KZ3 beta. I'm loving it (you have to have the right config for the game you’re playing). I would imagine that it works just fine for TC.

Respectfully you are mistaking. There is a difference between intellectual property (copyrighted code) and open source (HTML/Linux/Redhat etc..)
Some of the most highly published corp vs corp infringement battles were over the smallest detail of code.
