Consider that the writer cannot/well not provide a contrary counterpoint from a gamming perspective. Which game stands the scrutiny that the writer lays at the feet of U3?
And, if the writer is merely pointing out the narrative driven flaws that he/she identified in U3, why not contrast it with other narrative driven games? Why not praise...

I'm loving Skyrim...decided to take a break tonight and go to bed before 3AM.
Everyone sucks at DS.

Dark Souls is the most engrossing game of all time. Incredibly deep and rich with weapon synchronization
I have said this before ... and still a little embarrassed to state it... I spent over 200 hrs in Dark Souls - and loved it. absolutely enjoyed it!.
But don’t take anything away from Skyrim.. After 20 hrs in.. they are truly two different games.
I know its hard to see it that way.. but you have to dive into both to understand where I&#...
The PC native version blows the ps3/360 version out of the water. I had the ps3 version ...but had to buy it on PC (taking the hit of the trade in). Mods = Awesome. Esp the 4gb memory buffer ( needed untilled the leak is fixed)
Doesn't matter what your console of choice is ....you need to buy this game.
I'm on my ' platinum ' play through now....and I have to say that it is darn close to U2's gaming satisfaction. Loving it. With that said U1 will always have a special place on the gaming shelf of greats.
R2 co-op would be very nice. It should have been included in R3.
I would also take a little Nathan Hale tease ......because I still don't believe he's dead.

I still do not see how this can be folding into a FPS (First Person Spelling ) game without having. the character at a complete stand still (very limited movement) or on rails - Even with hybrid controls.

Regarding the question on the location of Sullivan after Drake thought that he was shot.
Answer: Drake asked the same question ....and Sully explained to Drake that he (Drake) started acting crazy and ran off.
It very likely that Sully was looking for Drake the whole time.

The last innovative game was Demon’s Souls and its multiplayer-coop usage. (loved it and Dark Souls).
Innovation means nothing. The real question that should be asked is 'does ‘insert game name here’ deliver?' If the answer is yes, then said game is a contender.
