I used to have the Pulse Elite myself. But I had issues with it breaking (snapping) or defective models(had 1 model with nothing but static). Thank goodness fr Ebgames extra return warranty. I got fed up and bought the Skullcandy Plyr1. I will reconsider Sony brand if they do a new version Pulse elite with more durable setup...

Thwre is no simple way to do local ps3 bc. Then either they need a new HARDWARE"addon" or a PS3 phat SKU with Cell/RSX and ps1/ps2 bc. The ps4 hardware can't do local bc for ps3 software due to cell processor being so different. So added hardware is NEEDED. So either way it adds to the cost for ps4..
Then Sony needs to need to make PS4 Phat/fat with ps3 hardware inside. And it will cost $499-$599...
