@WitWolfy Remasters are NOT the same as emulating the original game. It's basically the developer has to convert all the code from the game to work on different hardware. Emulator s are software/hardware that tries to emulate original hardware. With emulation more ofter than not, need significantly more powerful hardware to get to run.

Don't know about PS1 and PS2 BC, maybe. But PS3 nope, not without added hardware. Cell processor is actually more powerful that PS4 CPU, it the GPU that is more powerful. Plus with its unique architecture, simple software BC not possible. That means you need a PS4 with cell/rsx chips included, and re-engineered ps4. Want to pay $499-$599 for this "Phat" PS4?
