You do not sign over anything. They collect the same information that they have been collecting for years. The same stuff that everyone else including Google, Facebook, Steam, etc, also collect. All of it can be prevented in the system settings also. It is not mandatory.
If you are still paranoid about it you can encrypt the OS drive also and then even if MS takes any files, they will not be able to do shit with it.

They actually made the roads perfectly. All the tracks are laser scanned from the real world, just like in IRacing. Not sure what kind of crazy stunt driving you are doing to be bouncing on the tracks.

Sony and MS both make software also. They just do not milk the hell out of it by releasing 10 different games in the same IP every year, like Nintendo does. As for hardware, they may be just weak PCs but they are still 5x more powerful than the WiiU.

Even when it first came out it wasn't the best. Everquest was far better. The reason WoW is so successful is because most people are too stupid to figure out a proper MMO. They like the casual hand holding that WoW provides.

You could probably get a PS4 version of Tetris to run on the 3DS. That does not make the 3DS as powerful as a PS4. FFXII was one of the most demanding games on the PS2.

Actually it took the PS2 5 years, 9 months to sell 100m units. They didn't hit 150m til the end of 2010. They hit 155m right as Sony discontinued the system on jan 4th 2013, over 12 years after the system released. The PS4 still has over 9 years to catch up.

Try running, jumping, aiming, shooting, straffing & reloading all at the same time with a controller, then tell me KB holds back mobility. Keyboards may seem a bit awkward to anyone not used to them but they have just as much advantage over a controller as a mouse does. The only thing a controller is better at is steering in a driving game which is where a wheel kit comes in to play anyway.
They should make a special edition that comes with a suit of fully functional power armor and a plasma rifle.
The Shield wins by a mile for hardware. The 3DS has the best games though.
