depend on price PS5 500 dollar console would just sell as many as xbox one in it's first year or will be disaster like ps3 first year if it priced at $ 599 based on leak so far i don't think PS5 would cost $400 unless Sony willing to sell PS5 at huge loss.

@Peekayboo lol you don't need highend smartphone google stadia is streaming app as long your phone have good wi fi or minimal 4G and run compatible android version even potato smartphone that use mediatek APU could run it.
4G speed on my country cost arround $1/ 1GB, streaming one 4k 60 fps game could cost more than 100$ each it's not feasible atm and it's speed drop real bad on busy hour all the way to 30KBps sometime.

It's NPD analyst so he obviously mean USA since NPD only track USA number not worldwide. majority of PS4 number come from Europe and rest of the world. Switch getting 40% market share aren't impossible in USA where PS4 and xbox one aren't that far in number and Switch outsold PS4 almost every month since launch except 2 month when switch still facing stock problem.

I can't see neither PS5 nor XSX sold at $599 or above. SONY only sold 6 million unit of PS3 in it's first year $100 price cut on July 2007 made PS3 sold 12 million in second year that result in huge loss for SONY at least PS5 will have PSN yearly profit to offset the loss up to $ 2 billion loss from hardware sales and they're still in tiny profit one thing that PS3 didn't have at that time.
