My girlfriend just ordered hers last week (after waiting for a drop), my coworker bought one and just earlier today my boss asked me about the ps3 because he heard it dropped and is picking it up based on my recommendation. So that's three right there.

Sony needs to tap many of these franchises ASAP. It's long overdue, i bet alot of ps2 fans are waiting, kind of like how my gf is furious that there's no true donkey kong game for the wii.
The ps3 needs more mainstream exposure, hopefully a price drop + slim will do that.
The netflix feature is cool and a bonus for people who own a 360, but it's not the game changer that some of you make it out to be.
You could be right, my friend works for an ad-agency and MS is one of their clients. Their contract states that NO commecial or web content can be created for MS on os x, it all has to be done on a pc running windows. So this is fairly typical in the corporate world.

I feel like they really wanted the ps3 version to be blurrier and washed out ala ghostbusters, so when initially comparing the demos and seeing only the tiniest differences, the staff at Eurogamer decided to go that extra step and precision measure the acute differences in screen tearing, by proving that the 360 has 1.5% less of a screen tear, they declare it the winner!

He must have been modding them for people for a price, i used to work with a guy who modded ps1's back in the 90s. I'm certain somebody snitched on this dude. I don't usually sweat these comparisons, i do admit ghostbusters was a bit disappointing since right now im a pc/ps3 gamer. I applaud the developers for delivering such a great looking game on all platforms, anyone know if 360 or ps3 was the lead platform?

R:FOM is not perfect and was insomniac's first step into the fps genre, but it's a damn good game. The story was good, enemies get tougher as you progressed and it paved the way for a superior sequel. It would have been more appropriate to put some more wii titles on there.
It's either this or the frag fx v2 for me, i might go with this because of the wireless. Do either this or the fx have rumble?
