Their problem is that this future isn't here yet.
Not to sound mean, but can we get a release date for this already? They keep talking about the game like they did with Code Vein, yet just like Code Vein, it's taking forever to get a release date. What's taking so long? If you have this much to say about the game, why is it so far away?
If you have a Gigabit connection, then the problem is on your end. I have a 400Mbps connection and on PS4, it always download using my full speed, so downloading a 100-150GB game didn't take very long. If you're using wifi, stop doing that, wired is better. Otherwise, there is another problem on your end.
This is old news and it will likely be added with a firmware update later on anyway.
Speak for yourself, I say good riddance.
Which means it's impossible for Microsoft to buy Kadokawa itself as well. They could, but they'd be stuck with a lot of crap they don't want just to get a game studio. Not that it matters, Kadokawa wouldn't want to sell just like any other publishers.
Microsoft can't buy FromSoftware, they're already owned by someone else. They can't buy Capcom or SEGA either, simply because of the fact that neither would want to sell on the fact that Microsoft is american and they don't matter in Japan, plus their games don't sell on Xbox in the west.
As for Koei Tecmo? They're smaller, which means their games are more niche, which means they won't sell either because without Playstation and Nintendo to drive...
@ssmilloy36 Obviously you're an xbox fanboy trying to downplay the PS5 launch lineup. Well, what else will you do when the Series X has absolutely no games at launch.
Thanks for another easy platinum trophy.
@Bender6502 Thanks to BC, PS5 has more as well.
"Game lineups of Holiday 2021 will be more important than the launch lineups"
Sony will have you beat there as well.
Meanwhile, Sony is doing the exact same thing, but also giving you a good amount of games for the first year.
@Gunstar75 The difference is so small that multiplatform games will run exactly the same on both platforms unless someone zoom in at 10000% to see a slight difference no one else will ever see.
Also, what does it matter if Microsoft has the cash if all they do is buy third rate studios that will only make average GaaS at best?
Good for those who want that, but I want to get the platinum trophy again, so I will just start fresh.
@AcidDvl he can easily transfer his games from external to internal hard drive when he wants to play.
Is it properly going to be optimized this time? I tried it on a PS4 Pro and god, the game had terrible framerate and it was freezing constantly.
Or you could go to cdkeys, it's 38.79 USD or 42.99 CAD for a year. Much cheaper than the 25% they give you.
They will likely buy studios who already have a good relationship with them and basically already make exclusives for them. At some point, they will buy Bluepoint Games and Housemarque, it's almost a guarantee.
Bluepoint is definitely coming sooner rather than later especially with Demon's Souls.
Wait, it works on the PS3 but not the PS4? That's just wrong. I do hope Sony release a firmware update for PS4 that will allow it to work, because there is no reason it shouldn't, I mean you can use the DualSense on PS5 to play PS4 games via backward compatibility, so the compatibility with PS4 games isn't the problem, it's something with the PS4 hardware.
I hope the next headset is wireless. I love my VR, but if the next one is wireless, I am trading the current one immediately for the new one.
