If it's campaign DLC, it is part of the season pass. If it's a class DLC, it's not.
That's a character I will never even consider using.

Versus XIII keep getting delayed because it's the last good game they will ever gonna make. They know that once they release it, they're finished, so they keep delaying it to release more garbage before it's over for them.
Not that it matters if it's illegal or not. You can pirate as much as you want, they won't come after you if you do it for personal use. There is far too much pirates out there to go after all of them.
Also, this only apply to USA. If you live anywhere like Europe or even Canada, you can still do pretty much what you want since it's not really illegal.

Max size Sony usually allow for installs is 8GB. It's what Rage was using when you installed (terrible game though).
However, 8GB is pretty small. Slim PS3 come with pretty big hard disks and if you still have a 20 to 80GB PS3, it's time to upgrade because hard disks are pretty cheap these days. Any hard disks that can go in a laptop will do.
No HD and trophies = No buy.
It's probably gonna be a download code. I don't see how you could transfer a content from a disc to the Vita.
If it's code, you can get it on vita. It's probably a code, because vita games are released on stores anyway. They sometime include codes for beta in there, so they could put one that make the vita version free.
The world will end one day, but not in 2012. I probably won't be there anymore. Hell, my children and my grandchildrens will probably be buried for a long time when that comes.
Singstar isn't even on my PS3, I don't know why. Only thing that changed is the trophy icon that goes to network. It doesn't even bother me. As for the thing that is loaded by default when I have no disc? It's the last game I played.

They should just put 8 or 16GB in the ps4 or xbox720. It's not like RAM is expensive these days, I just bought 16GB for less than 100$.
So instead of worrying about the cost too much, make a machine that will last longer. They won't use all that ram in the first years anyway.
Most of the hardcores will obviously wait for the PS4 or Xbox720, which will be miles ahead of the Wii.U anyway.
If Nintendo wanted to impress the hardcore, they had to make it compete with the ps4 and xbox720, not the ps3 and 360, which are 6 years old.
Next gen will probably look better. Especially better than Halo, no really hard to beat here. If they don't look a lot better, really no points in buying one.
You need to be on fw 3.55 or below to even install this. There is no way to install a new cfw if you're above that version for now and I doubt there will ever be a way. Whatever holes allowed them to install a new cfw was patched in 3.56+.
Why isn't the Last rebelion on that list?
inFamous 3 could be a sequel. They clearly left the door open in the good ending in case they wanted to make a sequel.
