Wii games can be made to work on any firmware by removing the update from the backup.
As for PSP, new games are made to work on even 5.00.
As for the PS3, games that requires 3.56 took just a few hours to make work on 3.55.
An update to brick the 3DS if it used flashcarts? Nintendo proved they failed once again because once you have a flashcart, there is no need to update ever.
With a flashcart, you can play every games on any firmware.

They're obviously not very good at lying. There is a 360 version, which automatically means it's coming to North America. There wouldn't be a 360 version if it was japan only, no one has a 360 there and no one buy games on 360 there.

You'd be right if the SKU out there at the moment had 3.56, but the SKUs out there at the moment don't have 3.56, they have 3.55. Even the new KZ3 bundle have 3.55.

There is no way to do this. The only thing hackers could retrieve are their own console ID. The consolee ID for other users are not stored anywhere on their PS3.
Hackers have hacked the PS3, but not PSN. There is no way for them to retrieve a list of console ID.

You people realize that this doesn't matter. They stated that if they ever made a console version, the priority was the PC version and that it wouldn't be delayed by a console version.
