GTA5 won't come out in 2012, in fact, it won't come out this generation. Everyone seems to forget that they are probably gonna do spinoffs like Vice City and San Andreas first. I assume they will keep GTA5 for the next gen.
I think Harvest Moon Twin Village is due to be announced. We all know it's coming, I mean, every harvest moon games have made it here.
It's on DS and the 3DS is coming soon, but that's not reason to leave it out.

That would be ok, but then again, once a console is pirated, you can easily make it so games that require another firmware works on any firmware.
Wii games can be made to work on any firmware by removing the update from the backup.
As for PSP, new games are made to work on even 5.00.
As for the PS3, games that requires 3.56 took just a few hours to make work on 3.55.
An update to brick the 3DS if it used flashcarts? Nintendo proved they failed once again because once you have a flashcart, there is no need to update ever.
With a flashcart, you can play every games on any firmware.
Apple can't take on Nintendo and Sony in the gaming department. To Nintendo and Sony, Apple can't even be called competition.

Sony deserves it, that's called Karma. They took things way too far with the hacking thing, acting like the world should bow down to them.

Funny how 99% of those things happens on xbox live and not on PSN. Not only PSN is free, but it's mostly free of idiots like that.

Also, Sony can't win this. Apple couldn't do anything and if any normal jusge get this case, he/she will see that an iphone and a PS3 are exactly the same thing and that if an iphone jailbreak is legal, the ps3 jailbreak should be legal too.

Actually, you bought it, you have full control over it. The only thing Sony has a say about is what you do on PSN.

They're obviously not very good at lying. There is a 360 version, which automatically means it's coming to North America. There wouldn't be a 360 version if it was japan only, no one has a 360 there and no one buy games on 360 there.

You'd be right if the SKU out there at the moment had 3.56, but the SKUs out there at the moment don't have 3.56, they have 3.55. Even the new KZ3 bundle have 3.55.
