I hope it plays like Metroid: Zero Mission, Super Metroid and Metroid: Fusion!
Prime way is also good but I'm craving for a new 2D metroid, especially after Other M.

FYI EA & Activision weren't big at all in the early 90's. Instead Konami, Square Enix, Capcom etc had all the power and influence.. Not to mention the best games and they published a lot of great titles for the SNES. Genesis had crappy third party support.

I already have a few dvd & bu-ray players at home. And I don't really expect my Nintendo machine to do anything but play games, because that's what Nintendo's all about!
Well, it supports all Wii controllers. And to be fair nobody likes 4 player on the same f***ing TV :/
There's a lot of evidence Mr. Jelly, you just have to google it to find out. It hasn't had a big showing yet because it wasn't ready (duh!) but expect big things at this TGS.

^ You can doubt it all you want but you'll eat your words later. Nintendo literally owns the handheld space and once those killer titles start releasing (starting next week) 3DS will undoubtedly follow in its predecessors footsteps.

Radeon HD 4890 = Win!
High end R700 GPU = 4-5 times more powerful than PS360 = Nothing to worry.
50% more powerful = worry.
@Below: why plbelanger? Looking at your comment history I don't think anything Nintendo interests you and you won't even buy the Wii U. So why worry?
Its probably 4-5 times more powerful if Nintendo goes with a high end R700 GPU

Within 3 years over 50 million people will have a 3DS.
Even though it looks good, I'll wait till it gets some good games, then buy Wii U in 2013 or 2014. Going to spend the next 2 years gaming on PC, Wii and 3DS.
Might get an NGP too if it gets games like Rachet & Clank, Wipeout and Flower ;)
